Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Teamo LLC FZ (“Teamo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Teamo provides Odoo engineering, implementation, customization, integration, and consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom Odoo module development
• Odoo system integration
• Odoo migration and upgrades
• Training and enablement
• Dedicated team staffing
• DevOps and hosting support

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to systems and data required for project execution
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom development work created specifically for the client becomes the client's property upon full payment. Teamo retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Teamo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
